I have many people to be grateful for in the creation of elements for this website.
First, my dear friend Monica Turner who assisted me with the original artwork back in 1999 when the first labyrinthonline.com went live.
I used Jeff Saward's drawing of the Chartres labyrinth as a template for creating the Flash animation. And Sig Lonegren's version of the Classical (Cretan) for that animation.

I
was born in the forties... 1949 is the year of my physical birth and
I became more consciously aware of my spiritual being in my forties.
I owned a successful graphic design firm for over 20 years, living
the corporate life. After becoming a cancer survivor (over 20
years now),
I was led to the labyrinth and studied the ancient Reiki technique
of hands-on healing.
Then I discovered clay. I remember walking into a pottery studio in
Denver and announcing that I wished to create clay labyrinth fountains.
At first,
they looked at me like I was a bit crazy, but they saw my determination.
It was just a very short time before I completed my first fountain...
with the guidance of the studio owner. And I had not worked with clay
before in this lifetime... yet it feels so natural to me, much like
the labyrinth and energies of Reiki.
The labyrinth symbol is healing in and of itself... it has brought
me to a wonderfully peaceful place in my life and I invite you to experience
its energies in any form that speaks to you. I have facilitated numerous
labyrinth walks and workshops for churches, wellness centers, and private
groups. Recently held two labyrinth workshops at the University of
New
Mexico within their Continuing Education Personal Enrichment Program.
